So. If I publish the chapters of Spire that I have blogged on my website, the minimum that I can charge for the paperback version is ~$20, which I am just not going to do. First plan was to break it up into novellas. That didn’t work because the magical assassins, the pirates, and the ninja assassins are hopelessly intertwined. The whole project has been put on hold until I figure out what I am going to do. And to give me time to mourn my ‘break it up into novellas’ plan–I was really fond of that plan.

Right now, I think I will just wait the year out. And decide what my next big project is going to be.
